Registration for EAHN2024 is a flat fee for the entire conference. EAHN does not charge a membership fee, and is fully supported by the income generated by its conferences. By registering for EAHN2024, you directly support EAHN.
Registration fees include:
– Documentation and access to scientific sessions and keynote lectures.
– Complete printed programme with abstracts summary.
– Catering.
– Certificate of attendance.
– Certificate of participation (only speakers and participants in the Interest Groups meetings).
– Attendance at the opening and closing reception.
– Mid-day tours (limited places by strict order of request).
Note: the Gala Dinner and Sunday tours are not included in the registration fee. The opening of registrations for free tours and other fee-paying activities will be duly announced to all registrants, who will be able to add them to their registration at their convenience thereafter.
All authors of the papers must pay the registration fee, even if only one of them presents the paper. Otherwise, the paper cannot be presented at the conference.
To attend the conference, you must complete the online form, as well as make the payment before the end of the period indicated for each rate.
